Off The Record is an independent charity and company limited by guarantee (with no share capital). We are governed by a Board of Trustee/Directors. They have ultimate responsibility for our service, ensuring we remain true to our charitable objectives and offer safe and effective services that really make a difference to the lives of those who contact us.
The Board meets quarterly. It is supported by 2 sub-committees comprising volunteers, staff and external representatives who oversee key elements of the service and make recommendations to the Board as appropriate. Legal and other appropriate policies, procedures and activities are regularly monitored in line with effective quality assurance procedures.
The day to day running of the organisation is delegated to a CEO and small part-time staff team.
Quality Assurance
Off The Record has achieved PQASSO (level 1) and is working at levels 2 and 3. PQASSO is part of the Charities Evaluation Services.
You’re Welcome
Off The Record is also ‘You’re Welcome’ approved, an NHS recognition fulfilling quality criteria for making health services young people friendly and aimed at improving patient experience and health outcomes for young people
