Off The Record is an independent charity and company limited by guarantee (with no share capital).
A board of Trustee/Directors meets quarterly to supervise the overall activities of the organisation.
Three sub-committees comprising volunteers, staff and external representatives oversee key elements of the service and make recommendations to the Board as appropriate.
The day to day running of the organisation is delegated to a CEO and small part-time staff team.
