We are a free, confidential and friendly service, offering information, support and counselling for young people.  If you

• are aged 11-25
• need  to talk to someone, in confidence
• live in the Portsmouth, Havant or surrounding areas

....  then get in touch with us

You are welcome to drop in, phone, e-mail or write to us

… you can then see what we are like, get support, make an appointment for counselling, find out about other services or where to go for specialist support.

You can ask for information about anything – and also talk about anything.  .

The sort of things you might want to talk about are:

• Relationships and family problems
• Confidence and self-esteem
• Depression or loneliness
• Anxiety, stress or anger
• Home, school, work
• Keeping safe, abuse, bullying
• Homelessness or financial worries

For parents or supporters with concerns about a young person – we can offer  limited support for you too – though this will be at a different time with another volunteer
